These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Floorline through https://floorline.shop/ and our checkout provider (currently Lemon Squeezy). By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller
The seller is Floorline. Product pages, delivery, and support are provided under the Floorline name. Contact: floorline.solutions@gmail.com.
2. Product
The Shop Floor SOP Pack is a digital download. It typically includes PDF checklists and editable template formats (such as Notion and Google Doc links or files), as described on the product page at the time of purchase. You receive a license to use the files—not ownership of Floorline’s intellectual property beyond that license.
3. License (personal / team use)
Upon purchase, Floorline grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own business or organization, including sharing and duplicating checklists among your team for internal use.
You may: print, duplicate, and adapt the checklists for your shop, studio, or agency; store copies for your team; and edit names, steps, and wording to fit your workflow.
You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the pack (or a substantially similar competing product) as a commercial template, course, or downloadable product; share the original purchase files publicly; or claim authorship of Floorline’s original templates as your own product for sale.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and typically immediate after successful payment via Lemon Squeezy (or our then-current processor). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for retaining access to the download links and files. Floorline is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information or buyer-side email filtering.
5. No custom consulting
The Shop Floor SOP Pack is a ready-to-use digital product. Purchase does not include custom SOP writing, training calls, live onboarding, software, automations, or ongoing consulting. Support related to access, downloads, and refunds is available by email.
6. Refunds (7-day guarantee)
If the checklists do not fit your workflow, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing floorline.solutions@gmail.com with your order details. We process eligible refunds without unnecessary friction. After 7 days, purchases are generally final except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer
The pack is provided as a general operational aid. Results depend on how you adapt and apply the checklists. Floorline does not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided “as is,” and Floorline’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Payments
Prices are shown in USD on the product page unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (or another processor we designate). Their terms and privacy practices also apply to checkout and payment.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for new purchases.
